Unable to buy food never mind pay the rent. Jobs are scarse and the whole place is in disarray, the police doing the best they can to make the place look decent again. Even if it means wiping out the 'scum' that live on the streets.

Registering Register with your characters first and last name and please one character per profile. This makes things a lot easier to understand. Don't post anywhere on the board apart from the OCC board until your character has been accepted. The limit amount of characters you can have is four. If you have four however and are active with each character Pm an admin to ask for another. No Perfect characters, People in the real world are not perfect, nobody is. So why should Characters in Rp be any different? Flawed Characters are more fun to Rp anyway.
In character No controlling other players characters or having an invincible character. (Godmodding) This is really an extension of godmodding-you can shoot at a character, but it is ultimately the other player's choice as to if they get hit or not. This site is rated R for violence, language and substance abuse ect. But please no graphic sex scenes, fade to black and if you really want to roleplay it, continue it in pm's to each other. Please be as active as possible. Please post at least two good paragraphs with each post in character, and definitely no one liners. Write all posts in third person. If you want an NPC, (non-player character, usually just someone random like a waitress that you insert into a thread) that's fine. Just don't make them the focal point of the thread for more than a couple of posts. You shouldn't be having other people interact with this character much, either. Your actions have consequences. If your character gets arrested, they will not have a "magic loophole" or something to get them out of it. It's a real-life site and your actions have consequences like they would in the real world. Do not post OOC in an in-character thread. Take it to PM or in the cbox if you need to.
Out of character Only advertise in the specific board, all other posts outside it will be deleted. Avatars must be 100x100 or smaller and signatures up to 500x width and 300x height. Above all no bullying or fights out of character, be nice to each other so we can actually have fun. Do not harass the members to post. Asking politely about if they have time to post in your thread is fine, but do not ask more than once or try to pressure them into it. Don't advertise in the cbox. Even if you're saying "I was busy with my site over at X" and you post a link, it's considered advertising.
