Unable to buy food never mind pay the rent. Jobs are scarse and the whole place is in disarray, the police doing the best they can to make the place look decent again. Even if it means wiping out the 'scum' that live on the streets.

Character Likes: champagne, verandas, spring, jewelry, shopping, decorating, hosting parties, her friends Character Dislikes: wimpy men, being caught off guard, going outside without makeup, most of the middle/lower class, having to use cash instead of plastic Strengths: smart, witty, confident, calm and collected, occasionally kind Weaknesses: alcohol, being too sharp with people, feeling like she has to maintain appearances, gambling Goals: Keep Juliette from getting herself killed, become the chair of the Board of Trustees at the local college, stay married Fears: anything happening to Juliette, getting drunk in public, her asthma coming back Secrets: None really... General Personality: When Angela Jenkins walks into a room, people know it. She's not particularly loud but she has an air about her that says she doesn't take your shit. Angela has a rather sharp tongue though some of her jokes/stabs at people go unnoticed by those who aren't paying close attention. She was born with a silver spoon in her mouth and is used to a certain level of luxury. That doesn't mean the maid is going to get screamed at, since Angela is rather low-key, but still. She likes things done a certain way.
Underneath it all she is a rather decent person and regularly donates to charity. That doesn't mean she wants to see a slum, mind you. Angela loves her family very much and is rather content with her life in general...which is why she's always in the middle of the latest gossip. Just to spice things up.

General Wardrobe: While she's not on the bleeding edge of fashion, having settled down from her teenage years, Angela Jenkins wears conservative attire and usually has some sort of expensive scarf around her neck as well. She's never caught outside without a well-thought-out wardrobe and won't be caught dead without makeup. Distinguishing Features: ( scars, piercings ect.) Body Type: Angela has a body type that tends toward being curvacious, or at least it would if she had enough fat on her. She's rather slender and a really has no backside to speak of. If she lost either of them she'd probably fall apart...at the very least she'd fall into a large vat of wine. Pet(s): Clancy, a rather large German shepherd that was trained by the police force History. Angela Jenkins was an heiress from the instant she was born, and was an only child like her daughter. Of course, unlike her daughter, Angela Jenkins had a bit of a strict upbringing. She didn't have constant access to daddy's credit card, and had a private tutor who taught her French, Spanish, and Italian. Angela ran in a select circle of friends though, and they had a rather interesting set of teenage years. The parties rich teenagers could throw were beyond compare and at the ripe old age of fifteen she had her first sip of alcohol, and it was love at first drink.
Her love of alcohol continued all the way until she finished high school (a private magnet school, of course) but eventually Angela realized that drowning herself in booze wasn't the way to go. She kept busy with various charities and parties and eventually met Thomas Jenkins, Juliette's father, who was a one of the few prominent businessmen in Hallow City. They settled down and had Juliette, who was spoiled rotten. Not that Angela resented her parents, but still. Her daughter has had a few more privileges than Angela herself did (until inheriting a vast chunk of the family's wealth) and now she finds herself wondering if they may have led to her daughter's kidnapping.
